The NPE-240A2 can be installed using the existing plumbing and venting infrastructure, making it an ideal replacement for traditional tank-style water heaters. It can be installed in the same location as a conventional unit, provided that the gas line is properly sized and capable of delivering sufficient gas supply. The integrated buffer tank helps reduce the “cold water sandwich” effect that is common with many tankless systems, while the built-in recirculation pump minimizes the wait time for hot water to reach fixtures, enhancing overall comfort and efficiency.
